Zero Waste

“Zero Waste Symposium” was held on 30 April 2019 in cooperation with Municipality of Kadıköy and TMMOB Chamber of Environmental Engineers Istanbul Branch. TUBISAD Compliance Scheme also participated in the symposium where the Ministry of Republic of Turkey Environment and Urbanization, Provincial Directorate, related units of universities, public and private sector representatives took part.

In the first step, especially started at public spaces by The Ministry of Republic of Turkey Environment and Urbanization “Zero Waste Project” was tackled in all its parts. Representatives of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization provided information on “Zero Waste Draft Regulation” and practices. “Zero Waste Philosophy” and “Zero Waste Practices” were discussed by the relevant units of universities and private sector representatives.
